Customized Web Interface
When you enroll your company we will automatically create a customized interface for you. You simply choose a color scheme that is similar to your existing Web Site and upload your logo and enter a description of your Firm. At that time you can request to become a Featured Recruiter and if approved you will be included in our Recruiter Directory
Private Database of Candidates
Each Candidate that enrolls through your customized PeopleScreening interface will be flag as YOUR candidate. Their information will not be shared with any other companies. It is, in essence, a virtual private database.
IMPORTANT: We keep all "personally identifiable information" private. No Candidate information is shared with your Employer clients. Each time you send out a resume we substitute the Candidates information with your contact information making it nearly impossible for an Employer to circumvent you which prevents them from dealing directly with the candidate.
Candidate Data
Each Candidate is provided a method for manually entering all of the components of their resume directly into the PeopleScreening system. Additionally, a simple means of uploading their traditional resume, video resume/video interview and a photo is provided. Furthermore, we provide nearly 40 of the most common interview questions, candidates are encouraged to answer at least 10 or these but they can answer all of them if they choose -- this is powerful as it provides pre-interview screening that will save you many hours of scheduling and interviewing. Once they complete this the candidate will mark their application as LIVE and you will receive an email. The candidate can continue to modify their resume be toggling the Activate/Deactivate option. Each time you will receive an email to keep you up to date.
Resume Distribution
Each Firms requirement is unique. During the recruiting cycle many people an organization may need to view a Candidates resume, this is easily done without requiring each individual to login to PeopleScreening. By copying and pasting each Employers' email into a form, writing a brief note and pressing send each Employer will receive the attached resume as well as a link to the Candidates online video and interview question responses.
Pricing Plans
Our basic customization package is available for a one low monthly fee of $149.00 per month. This opportunity is valid until our official launch and we will extend that price for a period of 12 months after launch for existing clients.
